Enjoy access to my online membership of classes. Once a month you will receive 3 classes to practice on your own time. Classes are a variety of movement inspired classes from: Yoga, Barre & Mat Pilates.
Great for beginners to advanced.
Classes range in length of time from quick bursts 10 minutes to full length 45 minutes.
